The 3rd annual Autumn Harvest Festival Car Show will be held on October 15th at the Whitley County 4-H Fairgrounds. This show will be held in conjunction with many activities that day including Craft Show and Flea Market, Pedal Tractor Pull for kids, and other kids activities. There will also be several music groups performing throughout the day. Admission to the Festival is free. Registration for the car show is $15 the day of the show ($10 if pre-regisered by October 1). There will be 3 divisions this year, Pre 1950, 1951-1979 and 1980 and newer. Awards will be given for each division, as well as Best in Show, Peoples Choice, and Furthest Traveled. Last year we had nearly 100 entries in the show, and expect it to be even bigger this year. |

Powell Cruize-In and Pig Out 24th annual
Come join us for the 24th annual Cruize-In and Pig Out on October 16, 2016 for this downtown event in Powell Ohio 43065. This is a rescheduled event as we got rained out in August. Registration starts at 10am and goes till around noon. We have a limit of 180 cars, so call 614.436.2000 if you are running late. Registration is $10.00. Located at 47 Hall St. and follow the signs to the registration area. Dash plaques to the first 100 plus cars. Show kicks at 12:00 noon with a DJ. We have a hog roast going on at Prohibition Gastro Lounge plus other downtown restaurants. This is a judged show, and presentation of trophies and plaques start at 4:00 PM.
50/50 drawing following the trophies. You must be there to win to 50/50 !!
We have over 65 trophies. Good music and lots of cool cars and nice people.
Walk around the downtown, grab something to eat or shop. All profits are donated to area charities and service clubs including Sertoma, Rotary and Kiwanis. The Powell Sertoma Club and raised and donated over $325,000 since 1997. Bring the family and spend the day. We're not as big as the good guys show but we don't charge $20 to look. Thanks. |
