| By this point, we hope that you've heard or seen a little bit about the return of the Motor City Hot Rod & Racing Expo, presented by the Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort. This renewed show, which we've worked together to develop and promote, will take place March 25-26, 2017, just outside of Detroit, "the Motor City". As event promoters with experience in various areas of the motorsports industry ourselves, we saw an opportunity to re-create and develop a unique, inexpensive expo that will provide high performance enthusiasts, racers, equipment manufacturers, retailers, and more the opportunity to meet, gather information, admire new ideas, do business, and have fun - all under one roof. The venue for our vision is the Suburban Collection Showplace in Novi, MI. The Showplace is an incredible facility located in Oakland County, Michigan, easily accessible to a market of over 7 million area residents. Weve reserved the 64,000 square foot hall for the 3rd annual show, which will include wide 10 foot carpeted isles throughout as well as multiple food concessions and bars. The facility features a brand new HYATT Place directly attached to the Showplace for ease and accommodation to our exhibitors (there are a myriad of additional motels in the immediate area. Our vision for the Motor City Hot Rod & Racing Expo is for the show to share the endearing professional qualities of an industry trade show, along with the reach and sales potential of the industry's largest swap meet. The only vendors at the Motor City Hot Rod & Racing Expo will be performance manufacturers and retailers. No used parts, no junk. Yet, the show will be open to the public; with ticket prices at only $10.00 we will pack the hall with interested racers, street racers, muscle car owners, and hot rod enthusiasts. And of course, vendors will be welcomed and encouraged to sell directly to these attendees AT THE SHOW. The Motor City Hot Rod & Racing Expo will encompass the entire sales process; from getting the customers attention and interest, to putting a product in their hands, allowing a trained representative to explain the features of that product or service, and finally completing the sale, all within the walls of one weekend expo. Weve priced vendor booths very affordably for this introductory show (10 x 10 booths start at just $500).
